1956 Debris

The Purdue Drill Team, sponsored by Scabbard and Blade, competes against the top collegiate drill teams in the country. National champs in 1954 and 1955, the Drill Team is continually seeking ti improve themselves and to perfect new and more intricate maneuvers. Membership requires an eight-week pledge period; during this time the pledges learn the essentials of exhibition drill. The Team, in addition to competitions, performs during halftimes at football and basketball games.
